[Live]: Change TTL of live hosts

I would suggest changing the default TTL (i.e. change the net.ipv4.ip_default_ttl) of live hosts to a known value different from other hosts (e.g. 31). This would allow Grafana/Opensessions to detect if the machine booted to a live ISO or not.
