[Selene]: Add host

Summary

This VM has the purpose of hosting the platform to vote in the course delegates and in the future be the main election system of DEI/IST.

Profiles

A list of which profiles should contain:

• Core: rnl
• Filesystem: simple-uefi
• OS: nixos
• Type: vm

Services

A list of which services will be running and any extra info (e.g. firewall ports, ...):

• IST Delegate Election

Network configuration

• Interface:
  • IPv4: 193.136.164.146
  • IPv6 2001:690:2100:83::146

Additional context

May need necessary to create a DB.
