Consider enabling PCSC daemon

Please consider setting services.pcscd.enable on Lab computers:

This enables Smartcard functionality on the host, for e.g using a Portuguese ID card with Autenticação.Gov, on computers that have a smartcard slot on their keyboards.

As a bonus, it also enables general Yubikey/Security key functionality 🙃 (asides from U2F, which already works).
