Peerwork moodle plugin source has unavailble (link rot)

AGL's nixos config fails to build w/ commit 1cc54064 :

Effectively this version seems to be removed from the plugin's page. This plugin was added > 1 year ago to nixrnl (91630754), so at some point the link worked and now suffered link rot.
