Patch OpenSSH regreSSHion vulnerability

Description of changes

Adds infrastructure for patching nixpkgs derivations and patches OpenSSH in the same fashion as upstream.

The upstream PR is currently being compiled but there is no ETA for when it will be ready.

Things done

  • Tested evaluates, currently compiling to test in my own system. patches come from upstream and look ok, so they should work
  • Updated documentation (Wiki/NetBox)
  • Breaking change
