Description of changes

Allows blatta to fetch DB backups from dei programatically.

NOTE: This works, but firewall rules need to be changed to allow blatta to access dei at port 22. cc @ist1109493 @ist1109616

Also changes the directory where backups are stored to one inside vdb (e.g, the data zvol) so they're also backed up to caixote.
