Description of changes

For some time, I have been personally been abused by people searching my name and getting my image. While it is inevitable that the active team members pictures need to be available in the website, the old ones should be reconsidered. To start, let's prevent our images from popping directly on image hosting sites (e.g. google, bing, ...).
